Watson Deluxe Reverse Hyper Extension

The Watson Deluxe Reverse Hyper Extension offers an amazing way to target the lower back as well as hamstring and glute muscles.

This reverse hyper has an offset weight arm that creates constant tension on the working muscles throughout the range of motion of the exercise.

Two weight loading pins allow you emphasise the load towards the bottom or top of the movement (or both). Band pegs allow you to add resistance via bands.

The adjustable roller pad ensures this Deluxe Reverse Hyper Extension will suit all sizes of user and the twin steps along with dual handles allow for easy access and positioning.

The Watson Reverse Hyper Extension Deluxe is available with a split ‘comfort’ pad (In the pictures shown the yellow machine has the basic pad and the Black machine has the split pads)
